I suffer from mental health which was at its lowest a time

I felt lost, overwhelmed, and honestly… tired of trying. People around me didn’t always understand what I was going through.

And as a Christian, it made it even harder… because I kept asking myself“Why do I feel like this if I have faith?” But one thing I’ve learned through my journey is this:

Healings is not Always instant.

And faith doesn’t mean you won’t struggle — it means you’re not alone in it.

The Holy Spirit became my comfort in ways I can’t fully explain.

Not by removing every problem overnight. But by giving me strength, peace, and guidance in the middle of it.

If you’re reading this and you’re struggling mentally or emotionally…

I want you to know this:

You can be broken and be put back together .
You are not forgotten. And you are not alone.
I call unto the one one called Jesus who is my rock and saviour.
Come back for more to know more about the one called the porter.

There is still purpose in your life — even in this season. I’ve been through it and His hand has always been my comfort

I understand. And that’s why I’m here. If you need support or something to guide  you through this, I’ve found a resource that really helps — I’ll leave it here for you🙏
"Stay strong. God is able to set you free (or restore you), even when it doesn’t feel like it."

A powerful Bible verse that supports this truth is:

“And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.”
— 1 Peter 5:10 (NIV)

This verse reminds us that God doesn’t just see our pain—He actively restores and strengthens us through it
