As a born again Christian, led by the Holy Spirit, I have come to recognise that the true heartbeat within me is not just physical, but spiritual. 

It is the quiet, steady reminder of God’s presence, guiding, comforting, and strengthening me daily. 

The Holy Spirit works within our hearts, shaping our thoughts, renewing our minds, and aligning us with God’s will. 

In a world filled with distractions, it is easy to lose touch with this inner rhythm, yet God calls us to remain connected to Him. 

When we pause and listen, we begin to sense His direction, His peace, and His love flowing through us. 

The heartbeat within is a reflection of our relationship with God—alive, active, and full of purpose. 

As we nurture this connection through prayer and faith, we grow stronger, more aware, and more aligned with the life God has designed for us.
