🌿 Christian Well-Being Through the Holy Spirit As a born again Christian, I understand that true well-being flows through the Holy Spirit, shaping every part of life—mind, body, and spirit.  It is not dependent on outward circumstances, but on an inward peace that comes from a living relationship with God.  Through the Holy Spirit, believers are guided into truth, comforted in difficulty, and strengthened in faith. Daily practices such as prayer, reading Scripture, and quiet reflection allow the Holy Spirit to renew the mind and bring clarity.  Christian well-being also calls for gratitude , compassion , and forgiveness , cultivating emotional balance and resilience .  Caring for the body is an act of stewardship, honouring God with our physical lives.
